On a rare day in Kansas, when the wind was blowing only slightly, we burned some hay ground and WHEW, it went quickly. And while we haven't had Foot & Mouth Disease in the U.S. since 1929 (and we want to keep it that way), a few countries in the European Union are currently battling the deadly disease.
