Iowa Community Rallies Around Local Pork at North Liberty Tenderloin Event
Copper Boar - American Pub & Brenneman Pork, Inc Serve Iowa’s Signature Sandwich to Support Local Families
NORTH LIBERTY, IOWA — The heart of Iowa agriculture was on full display as community members gathered for one of the most anticipated pork events of the holiday season. On Monday, December 8th, Copper Boar hosted its 3rd Annual Special Community Event, spotlighting Iowa-raised pork and bringing neighbors together for a powerful cause: supporting the North Liberty Community Food Pantry.
In true Midwest fashion, the star of the day was the iconic Iowa pork tenderloin sandwich — hand-breaded, fried to perfection, and crafted with high-quality pork. Guests lined up to enjoy their choice of:
• Slaw Style: Apple slaw, sweet corn dijonnaise, and pickled onions
• Plain: Classic, crispy pork tenderloin with no toppings needed
Each FREE sandwich and fries combo was offered in exchange for a monetary donation, helping provide meals to local families during the holiday season.
