A new fair food favorite is heading to the Indiana State Fair!
The Indiana Pork Producers Association has unveiled its 2026 Pork Tent Signature Food: Cornbread & Que — featuring tender pulled pork piled high on warm cornbread and topped with a drizzle of hot honey.
Available daily August 7–23 at the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis, this sweet-and-savory creation is designed to showcase the versatility of pork while giving fairgoers a delicious new flavor experience.
Indiana Pork is also giving fans a chance to win a family four-pack of Indiana State Fair tickets and Pork Tent meal vouchers by sharing their favorite Pork Tent menu item.
Will Cornbread & Que become the next fair food sensation? Let us know if you'd try it!
