Pork Industry Experts to Gather at 2025 Passion for Pigs Seminar in Boonville, Missouri | Pork Industry News
BOONVILLE, MO—The annual Passion for Pigs Seminar will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the Isle of Capri Hotel, bringing together pork producers, veterinarians, and ag professionals for a full day of science-driven education and production insights.
The event opens with registration at 7:00 a.m., followed by a lineup of nationally recognized speakers covering key areas in swine health, biosecurity, nutrition, reproduction, economics, and on-farm performance. Presentations include updates from the Missouri Pork Association, new strategies for prewean mortality, advancements in anti-inflammatory management, and fresh data on circovirus control, hemorrhagic E. coli, and proper iron dosing.
The seminar will also feature a vendor expo, networking breaks, giveaways, and a pork-focused lunch with a keynote address by Mike Matheny.
