The Minnesota Pork Board and Compeer Financial have officially opened registration for the 11th Annual Young Leaders in Agriculture Conference, a free leadership development event focused on preparing the next generation of agriculture and pork industry leaders.
The 2026 Young Leaders in Agriculture Conference will take place June 15-17 in Mankato, Minnesota, bringing together young adults ages 18 to 22 from across the state for leadership training, career exploration, agriculture networking, and personal development opportunities.
Conference attendees will hear from featured speakers Rachel Eslick, Vanessa McNeal, and Hunter Pinke while participating in sessions focused on agricultural leadership, advocacy, communication skills, resilience, critical thinking, and career readiness within the agriculture industry.
The event will also include networking opportunities with agriculture professionals, social events, a community service project benefiting Ronald McDonald House Upper Midwest, and a pork fabrication workshop led by industry experts Neal Hull and Lindsey Fulton.
