After post-harvest pruning, we’re left with a lot of orchard brush that needs to be cleaned up before we can move on to the next job. In this video, we’re using a John Deere 4455 and a brush shredder to grind up the pruned branches and clean up the orchard floor. This is a behind-the-scenes look at specialty crop farming, orchard management, farm equipment, and the work that goes into maintaining a productive fruit orchard after harvest.
