n this episode of Pork Industry News with Rachel Fishback, we highlight the newly announced Pork Leadership Institute Class of 2026, presented by the National Pork Producers Council and National Pork Board.
This premier leadership development program equips pork producers with the knowledge, confidence, and advocacy skills needed to lead the industry forward. Participants receive advanced training in agricultural policy, trade, communication, business management, and public engagement—preparing them to represent pork producers at the local, state, and national levels.
NPPC CEO Bryan Humphreys says the program provides producers with the tools to address real-world challenges, from strengthening farm operations to sharing the story of modern pork production with lawmakers and consumers.
The Pork Leadership Institute helps build strong leaders who support animal health, sustainability, profitability, and the long-term success of America’s pork industry.
