Isaac Ridener had an itch to get into farming, but at 16 with no place for him on the family farm, that wasn't an option. One morning at an FFA breakfast, he met someone who changed his life forever – Tom. Tom was looking for help on his farm, and thought Isaac could be the right person. Little did Tom know, he would be hiring his future business partner and lifelong friend.

Isaac purchased his first spray drone three years ago. Since then, he has grown P & R Drone Solutions to a powerhouse application company where he manages three crews and sprays for some of the top growers in Ohio.

This episode is sponsored by Dei Fratelli At Dei Fratelli, quality starts long before the tomatoes reach the can. It starts with growers like Jake Rothert. Learn more at http://deifratelli.com.
