The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Climate-Smart Farm Equipment Grant provides funding to help commercial farms and aquaculture operations invest in equipment that reduces greenhouse gas emissions, improves soil health, and supports sustainable farming practices.
With more than $4.3 million in available funding, eligible operations can receive reimbursement for qualifying equipment purchases.
Key Grant Details:
Application Window: September 4 through September 11 (or until funds are exhausted)
Total Funding Available: $4.3 million
Eligibility: Commercial farming and aquaculture operations located in Washington State
Standard Reimbursement: Up to 75% of eligible equipment and delivery costs, with a maximum reimbursement of $200,000 per farm annually
Enhanced Reimbursement: Up to 85% reimbursement, up to $200,000, for eligible small farms, tribal operations, veterans, and producers operating in areas of high environmental burden
